Mr. Anthony Mugo
Board Chairman

Anthony is currently Deputy Director of Arid Lands Information Network. He has 20 years senior management experience in resource mobilization, programs management and partnerships development. His other skills include resource mobilization, donor liaison, grants management, strategic planning, project management, training and facilitation, writing and editing, outreach, stakeholder relations and networking, public and media relations, and M&E. Currently pursuing a PhD in Climate Change Communication at the University of Nairobi, Anthony also holds an MA degree in communication studies and a B Ed. � Science (Botany & Zoology).

Mr. Mwongera Gichunge
Executive Director

Mwongera Gichunge is a media and communications expert with over 10 years of experience in corporate communications practice and consultancy. He holds a Bachelor of Education and Master of Arts degrees from Kenyatta University and the University of Nairobi respectively. A freelance writer and researcher, Mr. Gichunge has also taught Journalism, Mass Communications, and Public Relations in local Universities and government institutes in Kenya. His academic interest is in media and information literacy, political communication, governance, and civic engagement. Mr. Gichunge is the founder and executive director of the Nairobi-based Centre for Media and Information Literacy in Kenya (CMIL-Kenya); and a member of the Pan African Alliance on Media and Information Literacy (PAMIL) steering committee.

Letizia is a public relations practitioner and media researcher with five years� of experience. She has successfully conducted research and prepared reports in various communication strategy projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Egerton University.

Mr. Vincent Lempaa is a trained teacher, journalist and lawyer with many years experience in his fields of specialization. Lempaa worked for Kenya Broadcasting Corporation as a senior reporter before moving into media consultancy and legal practice in Nairobi, Kenya. He�s the holder of a Bachelor of Education degree (Kenyatta University, Kenya), LL.B (University of London, UK), LL.M (University of Essex, UK) and diploma in Mass Communication (University of Nairobi).

Ms. Karimi Gatobu is a business and education consultant based in Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Kenyatta University and MBA (University of Nairobi).
